Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated shipping times are:

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.
Please note that if your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times depending on the fulfillment location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. These delays are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct before completing their purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
