How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
- United States: 2–8 business days
- Europe: 2–15 business days (depending on location)
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–10 business days (some orders may take longer)
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be affected by customs or courier delays.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email (where tracking is available).
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
